Chapter One

A wrong song, a right bet.
They met at a black-tie New Year's gala in Manila, both somewhat reluctantly dragged there by friends. He was at the bar, deciding whether to leave early; she walked up and asked him to settle a bet about which song the band would play next.
He was wrong. She was right. And he insisted on the rematch that became dinner the following week.
Seven years and many wrongly-guessed songs later, this is the only bet he has ever been thrilled to lose.

Curiosities
Yes — black-tie attire is requested. We've planned every detail to feel transportive, and your gown or tuxedo is part of the magic. If you need help sourcing something, just ask.
Plus-ones are listed on your invitation. If a guest is named with you on the RSVP, they are most welcome. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you celebrate solo.
We adore them, but this is an adults-only evening apart from our flower girls and ring/coin/bible bearers.
Valet parking will be available at The Peninsula Manila. Shuttle service from San Agustin Church to the reception will be provided between 6:30 and 7:15 PM.
Your presence is the only present we ask for. Should you wish to honor us further, a monogrammed envelope at the reception will be most appreciated.
Kindly reply no later than September 6, 2027. The earlier, the better — our seating plan is being arranged with great care.
